1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing this website or booking a session with Coach Derik Santos ("DS Boxing", "we", "us"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or our services.

2. Coaching services

We offer boxing instruction, skill assessments, mitt work, sparring guidance, and fight cornering. Sessions are scheduled by mutual agreement and may take place at the Boca Raton Police Athletic League or at a location agreed upon for travel sessions.

3. Assumption of risk

Boxing is a contact sport with inherent risks of injury. By participating in any training, sparring, or assessment session, you acknowledge these risks and accept full responsibility for your own physical condition. You agree to disclose any medical conditions that could affect your safety before training and to follow Coach Derik's instructions at all times.

A separate liability waiver may be required before your first in-person session.

4. Free skill assessment

The free skill assessment + 1-on-1 session is offered to first-time prospects only, one per person, and is subject to availability. We reserve the right to decline a session at our discretion.

5. Payments and cancellations

Pricing for paid sessions and packages is communicated directly. Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours notice may be charged in full.
Pre-paid packages are non-refundable but may be rescheduled.
No-shows forfeit the session.

6. Conduct

You agree to behave respectfully toward Coach Derik, other students, and gym staff. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone whose conduct is unsafe, disruptive, or disrespectful.

7. Intellectual property

All content on this website, including text, photos, video, logos, and design, is owned by DS Boxing or its licensors and may not be copied or redistributed without permission.

8. Disclaimer

The site and our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Results from coaching depend on the individual; we make no guarantee of competitive outcomes.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DS Boxing and Coach Derik Santos shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or participation in coaching sessions.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Palm Beach County, Florida.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site or our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
